Cost of participation in the conference:
- Cost of participation in the conference per person is 3200 UAH / 130 euros.
Grant discounts:
Entry fee per person in case of early booking:
- if you pay through to 31/03/16 – 2200 UAH / 90 euro;
- if you pay through to 31/05/16 – 2500 UAH / 100 euros;
- if you pay through to 20/09/16 – 2700 UAH / 110 euros;
- if you pay through to 06/10/16 – 3200 UAH / 130 euros.
The cost of participation includes:
- participation in the conference as a listener;
- the package with handouts;
- gala dinner on the second day of the conference;
- dinners at the first day and for day two;
- mushroom farm "Heleka M" visiting (seating capacity is limited).
Attention! Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.

Deadlines and payment terms
You can register up to and including October 20. It is available subsequent registration, but without any guarantee to get a package of handouts .
Payment Terms: 100 % in advance as per the invoice organizer according to the participant's application .
Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference :
- to September 1 organizer returns 80 % of cancellation fee ;
- from September 1 to October 20, the organizer returns 50 % of cancellation fee ;
- after October 20 the amount paid is not refundable.
